She Kills Monsters

The first production I designed for was She Kills Monsters, produced by the Student Theater Committee at Smith College in Fall 2022. This was a challenging production to work on; we had a very limited budget and relied mostly on what pieces we could source from the actors. Thankfully, the director wanted a lot of the fantasy costumes to look like they were closet cosplays. Below are images of some of my initial design sketches, side by side with how they turned out on stage.
