I designed the costumes for Duct Tape Productions’ Chicago in spring of 2023. Like She Kills Monsters, it was a student production, and I had to rely a lot on what the actors had on hand. I learned a lot about dance costuming with this, as well as how to costume a large cast.

The director for this really wanted a limited color palette, with black being the primary color. I also added in red details on the ‘guilty’ characters, both to help them stand out and to add some storytelling to the costumes themselves.
